The MGA Excellence Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating, preserving, and advancing the art of storytelling through live stage productions, movies, documentaries, and television with a special focus on uplifting LGBTQ+ voices and experiences. Founded by Michael Dutzer and Rob Mansman, owners of Mad Angel Entertainment and Halo Vision Films, the organization was created from a passion for entertainment, artistic expression, and the belief that authentic stories have the power to educate, inspire, and create meaningful change.
Building on decades of experience in live entertainment and media production, the Foundation has evolved into an organization committed to supporting the arts within the LGBTQ+ community. From theatrical performances and live productions to groundbreaking films, documentary storytelling, and television projects, the mission is to create opportunities for artists, performers, filmmakers, and creators to bring their stories to life.

The MGA Excellence Foundation believes that the arts are more than entertainment — they preserve history, build community, create visibility, and connect people through shared experiences. By investing in creative expression and elevating diverse voices, the Foundation works to ensure LGBTQ+ stories continue to thrive on stages and screens for generations to come.

Powered by artists, creators, and community leaders who share a passion for excellence and representation, the Foundation continues to evolve with the changing landscape of entertainment while remaining rooted in one purpose: supporting the art, the stories, and the voices that shape our community and our future.
